The short version: there are no accounts, no logins, no passwords, no ads and no in-app purchases. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

Data kept in your browser
Games store data in your browser’s localStorage, under keys that start with plan33: or g433:. This includes best scores, game state, settings, which games you liked, and a random browser ID (plan33:cid, a random UUID). This stays on your device unless you use the online features below. Our own code does not set cookies; Google Analytics does (see below).
Online features
When a score is submitted (in some games this happens automatically at game over, under the name “Anonymous”), or when you like a game, post a comment or share a game, your browser sends it to our API (api.gamer433.com; the apps use api.plan33.io, which is the same service). Each submission includes:
- the game and, for the leaderboard, your score;
- your display name (free text up to 20 characters; “Anonymous” by default);
- for comments, the comment text (up to 280 characters);
- for shares, the channel used (copy, native, x, facebook, whatsapp, reddit or other);
- your random browser ID.
With each record we also store a salted, truncated hash of your IP address. We do not store the raw IP address in our database; it is used for rate limiting and may appear in Cloudflare request logs, which are deleted after about 7 days. Likes and share counts are stored with the random ID and the IP hash.
Public content: display names, scores and comments are visible to everyone. Please do not enter your real name, email address or any other personal information. The random ID and IP hash are not shown publicly.
Google Analytics 4
Pages on this site use Google Analytics 4 to measure pageviews. Google sets its own cookies (such as _ga) for this. We do not use advertising features. No consent banner is currently shown. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services. You can block it through your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Hosting
The site and API run on Cloudflare (Workers, R2 and D1). Cloudflare keeps request logs for about 7 days.
Android apps
The apps request only the Android INTERNET permission. They have no analytics or crash-reporting SDK and no Firebase or ads SDK. They use no advertising ID, location, camera, microphone or contacts. Cloud backup is disabled for the apps.
All network use is optional. It happens only when you tap “Submit score” on the game-over panel (and then the app loads the top-10 leaderboard). What is sent:
- the game ID and your score;
- an automatically generated nickname (for example “BoldOtter42”; there is no free-text entry);
- a random install ID (
plan33:cid, kept in app preferences; it is not a hardware or advertising ID); - standard network metadata, including your IP address. As on the website, our database stores only a salted, truncated hash of it (raw request logs are kept by Cloudflare for about 7 days).
On your device the apps keep hi-scores and settings (shared preferences). Nothing else leaves the device. Uninstalling the app removes its local data.
Why we use this data
We process leaderboard, like, comment and share data under legitimate interests: running public leaderboards and preventing abuse. We try to keep it to what is needed for that. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) is used to understand how the site is used; no consent banner is currently shown, and you can block it as described above.
How long we keep it
- Scores: the top 500 scores per game are kept without a time limit, until deleted on request; lower scores are deleted automatically by a daily job.
- Likes: kept until you ask us to delete them.
- Comments: automatically deleted after 365 days. Comments that moderators hide are purged after 30 days.
- Shares: deleted after 90 days.
- Cloudflare request logs: about 7 days.
- Browser or app local data: until you clear it or uninstall the app.
Your choices: access and deletion
There is no self-service delete. To ask for access to, or deletion of, your data, email support@plan33.io with the subject “Privacy request” and include:
- the game;
- the name you used;
- the approximate date;
- ideally your random ID. On the website, open your browser’s developer tools and look up the localStorage key
plan33:cid. In the apps the ID is not visible to you, so give the nickname, game, score and date instead. The app leaderboard nickname is derived from the install ID, so we can use it to match your records.
We will verify as best we can from those details and delete the matching leaderboard, comment, like and share records. We aim to respond within 30 days.
You can also clear data on your own device: clear the site data for gamer433.com in your browser, or uninstall the app. Deleting your local random ID means future submissions will no longer be linked to your earlier ones.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to object to our processing or to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our games are intended for ages 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent believes a child under 13 has submitted information, email support@plan33.io and we will delete it.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS. Our database stores only a salted hash of IP addresses; we apply rate limiting and moderate comments manually.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and its effective date, and note material changes here.
